Suriname, one of the most diverse ethnically small countries of South America. Native Indians and Hindu, blacks and whites, Chinese and Javanese, Muslim and Jewish, they coexist together peacefully. The key probably is Caribbean cool, they are very relaxed and dont go into too much detail, who exactly you are, what race, what caste, there has been a lot of mixing of blood, and so then, who cares…We are Surinamese, they say.
